At Liv's Re-Laced, we curate exclusive, high-demand, and pre-loved streetwear and sneakers. Due to the limited nature and unique sourcing of our inventory, all sales are strictly final.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or cosmetic wear that was already visible in our product photos.
Damaged Item Exception
The only exception to our final sale policy is if a product arrives with significant structural or cosmetic damage that was not disclosed or shown. Damaged items qualify for a strict 5-day grace period from the date of delivery.
📋 Return Conditions & Process:
If your item arrived damaged and you are within your 5-day grace period, please follow these terms:
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and arranging a secure shipping label.
- Submission: Take clear, high-resolution photos of the undisclosed damage, along with the shipping box, and email them with your order number to our support team via our Contact Page.
- Inspection: All returns must arrive unworn, in the original condition received, with all attached tags intact before a refund is cleared.
Note: All items are thoroughly inspected and video-documented prior to shipping to ensure condition matches our listings exactly.
